For direct in app connections use your Marketing Weblink (Tap the invite/share icon at the top right of your profile and use your Personal Marketing Weblink) – no need for bots or call backs! Connect Direct with new and old prospects.

Customer Map - Never lose a Customer again
Use the Customer Map daily to make 5 touches through the Direct Connect toolbar — find all your nurture clients on your Customer Map. (Tap Map at bottom left corner of your Agent Profile. Select Personal or Company Customers. Tap any Customer on the Map. Tap their Profile Summary. Tap Connect Direct to reopen any conversation by voice or video chat).
